For us to have the most flexibility to use donations where they are most needed, our preference is for donations to be non-designated (i.e. "General" funds). You may specify a designation, however, please note our policy below about restricted (designated) gifts:

Unsolicited Restricted Gifts will only be accepted for ministries that are named on the budget or budget appendices for the year of the donation. For a restricted gift given to a group of ministries, the allocation of funds will be decided under the discretion of the appropriate deacon. In the absence of such a deacon the fund allocation will be decided under the discretion of the Finance team. Each designated gift that meets the above criteria will be accepted with the understanding that when the need for such a ministry or project has been met, cannot be completed, or is no longer an active ministry or project for any reason as determined by the Finance team, the remaining restricted gifts designated to such a ministry or project will be used where most needed while trying to respect the intention of the donor.
In order to receive an income tax receipt, please include your name and address (or envelope number, if applicable) along with your donation. Please note that donations made through CanadaHelps.org are receipted by CanadaHelps and not by Priory Park Baptist Church.
Sunday Morning Offering Plate
Offerings of cash and cheques may be deposited in the Sunday morning offering plate. If you would like to receive a set of offering envelopes (and an envelope number) for regular cash/cheque donations, please send an email of your request to:

Self-Serve Electronic Giving Kiosk
In the main foyer at Priory, there is a self-serve electronic giving kiosk available for donating by debit/credit in person. Detailed instructions for using the machine are posted at the kiosk.
Interac e-Transfer
Interac e-Transfer is a simple, convenient, and secure way to send and receive money directly from one bank account to another. All you need is access to online or mobile banking through a participating financial institution, and you can send money to Priory Park Baptist Church — without sharing any personal financial information. It's a great alternative to cheques and cash. There may be a fee from your financial institution for using the Interac e-Transfer service.

In the note field of your transaction request, please indicate what fund(s) you are wanting your donation to go to. You can split your donation between funds if you so desire. Any donations made without a specific designation will be considered a “Not Designated” donation which will go towards the General Fund. To receive an income tax receipt, please also specify your name and mailing address (or envelope number, if applicable) in the e-Transfer note field.
